Affectionately known as the “Ultimate Beach House” the Cottage on Kingfisher is the crown jewel in the Trilogy of Ultimate Beach Houses. The Cottage on Kingfisher provides your family and friends the opportunity to experience the Finest in Luxury Beach Vacations! Designed specifically for the vacation rental market, this Award Winning Design by Blair Construction and Development features astonishing Architecture, Multiple Balconies, High Ceilings and Plenty of Windows. The Cottage on Kingfisher offers the Perfect Floor plan and has been Professionally Furnished and Decorated to meet your highest expectations.

Central to the design of this innovative home is the Great Room which can easily accommodate indoor gatherings of up to 20 family members and friends. The Great Room consists of a large Living Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Private Dining Room and Sitting Area with TV, DVD and VCR. Just off of the Great Room you will a Screened Porch with one of two Large Picnic Tables.

The Cottage on Kingfisher offers 7 Spacious Bedrooms including 2 Master Suites. Each bedroom features a private bath. At the Cottage on Kingfisher you will find a TV and a VCR or DVD Player in each of the bedrooms. For your convenience the home has been equipped with a Dell computer, Hi Speed Internet and WI-FI. A second floor Loft and the Children’s Den offer additional TV’s, DVD’s and Nintendo. All of our Guests receive 1 hour per day of Complimentary Tennis.

While outdoors at the Cottage on Kingfisher we promise you will be delighted with your very own Covered Poolside Bar and Entertainment Area equipped with a TV, Microwave, Refrigerator, oversized Picnic Table, Air Hockey and Ping Pong Table. Just across from the Private Pool and Spa, on the opposite side of your nicely landscaped yard you will discover a custom built Double Savannah Brick Grill which is perfect for grilling Steaks, Burgers, Oysters or hosting a Low Country Shrimp Boil.

On the Main or Ground Floor of the Cottage on Kingfisher you will find the Children’s Den which is connected to the Bonus Room featuring 4 Twin beds and a private bath.

Following the stairs to the First Floor you will find yourself in the Great Room. Here on the first floor are 3 more bedrooms. The first bedroom is one of two Master Suites which offers a King bed, Private Balcony and bath. The second bedroom features 2 Twin beds with private bath. The third bedroom also has 2 Twin beds and a private bath. While on the first floor you can choose to relax in the Great Room or enjoy the view from the large balcony that overlooks your private pool and spa.

On the second floor you will find the Loft area that houses an Entertainment Center with TV, DVD and Nintendo. The Loft area offers comfortable seating including a Queen size Sleep Sofa and overstuffed chair. Just off of the Loft area is the second floor balcony overlooking the pool, spa, grill and ocean. On this floor there are 3 more bedrooms including the second Master Suite with King bed, Private Balcony and bath. There is also a bedroom with 2 Queen beds and private bath plus an additional King bedded room with private bath. Here on the second floor you will find the Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer.

Just steps away from the Cottage on Kingfisher is the Atlantic Ocean and 12 miles of the finest stretch of beach that you will find anywhere on the East Coast! While spending the day at the Beach we hope that you and your family will watch for the Dolphins that swim just off of our Coastline, discover Sand Dollars along our shores or build the biggest of Sand Castles! You may want to Rent a Bike and ride along our Beaches or choose to take a leisurely stroll and breathe in our Soothing Salt Air. Whichever you may choose we hope you enjoy your stay with us on beautiful Hilton Head Island!

The Pool can be heated for an additional fee depending upon the season of your stay. Please advise us prior to your stay if you would prefer the pool to be heated. The pool size is approximately 19’ X 30’
