The stunning Cottage on Sandpiper completes the trilogy of the Award Winning Blair Properties in North Forest Beach. Like its sister homes at 8 Kingfisher and 22 Dove, the Cottage on Sandpiper mirrors the creative design that has won these homes National Acclaim.

At the Cottage on Sandpiper you will find 6 bedrooms, including two Master Suites. In each bedroom you will find a TV and VCR or DVD Player. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The Cottage on Sandpiper has been professionally decorated and central to this award winning floor plan is the Great Room with its large Floor to Ceiling Windows. Within the Great Room you will discover your Living Room, Dining Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen plus Sitting Area with TV, VCR and DVD Player.

Here on the same floor as the Great Room you will find 3 bedrooms. The first of two Master Suites offers a King bed, Private Balcony and private bath. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 Twin beds with a private bath. Upstairs you will discover the Loft Area with TV, VCR, DVD and X Box 360 in addition to a Queen size Sleep Sofa and large overstuffed chair. The Laundry Room is adjacent to the Loft and has been outfitted with a full size washer and dryer. On the second floor are 3 more bedrooms including another Master Suite with King bed, Private Balcony and bath. The next bedroom offers 2 Queen Beds and private bath and the last of the bedrooms features a King Bed and private bath.

Additional features of the Cottage on Sandpiper include multiple balconies on each floor of the home, a large Private Pool and Jacuzzi plus a Covered Poolside Bar and Entertainment Area that includes a Ping Pong Table and Air Hockey. The Poolside Bar features a TV, Refrigerator, Microwave and Stereo Speakers. Next to the Poolside Bar you will find a custom built Double Savannah Brick Grill and large oversized Picnic Table.

The beach lovers in your party will be delighted to know that the ocean is only a few short steps away. Hilton Head Island offers 12 miles of breathtaking beaches. We are confident that your stay at the Cottage on Sandpiper will meet all of your vacation needs.

The Pool can be heated for an additional fee depending upon the season of your stay. Please advise us prior to your stay if you would prefer the pool to be heated. The pool size is approximately 20’ X 30’
