Past Guests of the Cottage on Seaside Sparrow have been delighted to share with us their excitement as they observed Alligators, Egrets, Blue Herons and the White Tailed Deer who visit the pond throughout each day.
With more than 5000 square feet of living space the Cottage on Seaside Sparrow has been designed and built with your vacations needs in mind. This remarkable home consists of a variety of Living Areas including a Great Room, Sun Room, Professional Kitchen, a private Dining Room plus a Children’s Den. Exterior features include multiple balconies and a spacious Elevated Outdoor Deck where you can sip your morning coffee and keep watch over the Pond.
In the Professional Kitchen you will discover a stainless steel Viking Refrigerator, Gas Cooktop, Double Dishwashers and Ice Machine. The Dining Room is equipped with a Wet Bar and Wine Cooler and features floor to ceiling windows which overlook your Professionally Landscaped and very Private Enclosed Yard with Pool and Spa.
The Cottage on Seaside Sparrow offers 7 Bedrooms and 7 Baths. There are 3 bedrooms on the Ground Floor as well as the Children’s Den with TV and Queen Size Sleep Sofa. On this floor you will also find the Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer. On the Second Floor you will discover 4 Master Suites plus the Great Room, Dining Room, Sun Room and Professional Kitchen. This home offers 9 TV’s and multiple DVD and VCR players.
Outdoor amenities include a Beautifully Landscaped Private Pool and Spa, Double Savannah Brick Grill plus a Poolside Bar with TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Stereo Speakers and Telephone.
One hour per day of Complimentary Tennis is included. Non-Smoking. No Pets.
