Admired for its exquisite architecture the Cottage on Brigantine offers an incredible vacation experience. This remarkable Vacation Retreat has been custom built and offers over 5500 sq ft of living space that includes a Great Room consisting of the Living Room, Dining Room, Professional Kitchen plus a Sitting Area. Just off of the Great Room you will find a large Screened Porch with custom built oversized Picnic Table.

Here at 10 Brigantine you will discover 7 Spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bath. For your enjoyment each bedroom has been appointed with a TV, VCR & DVD player. Additional TV’s, DVD’s and VCR’s can be found in the Great Room and the Loft Area plus another TV at the Poolside Bar and Entertainment Area.

On the Main floor housing the Great Room there are 4 bedrooms which are located at each corner of the house. Two of the bedrooms have been furnished with a King bed and the second two bedrooms have been furnished with 2 Twins beds.

On the Second floor you will find the Loft Area which serves as an additional Entertainment Area. The Loft Area has been furnished with an Entertainment Center which holds an additional TV, DVD and VCR. In the Loft you will find a Queen size Sleep Sofa and oversized chair and ottoman. Here on the second floor are 3 additional bedrooms. The first offers a King bed, the second offers 2 Queens beds and the third offers another King bed.

At the Cottage on Brigantine you will find a Relaxing Balcony on each floor of the home. Each balcony overlooks the Beautifully Landscaped Yard and your Private Pool and Spa. While at the pool you will be delighted when you discover the Covered Poolside Bar and Entertainment Area which has been screened for your comfort. At the Poolside Bar and Entertainment Area you will find a full size Ping Pong Table, an Air Hockey Table, Double Savannah Brick Grill in addition to a TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Stereo Speakers and Telephone.

One hour per day of Complimentary Tennis is included. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

The Cottage on Brigantine is adjacent to the Beachwalk which will provide you easy access to the Beach and Atlantic Ocean. The distance to the beach is approximately 30 steps. Hilton Head Island has over 12 miles of fabulous uninterrupted beaches for you to enjoy. While at the beach you will likely see shore birds of all varieties, sand dollars, dolphins and in the summer months possibly even a manatee. Be sure to look for The Loggerhead Sea Turtles Nests which are well marked. The Loggerhead Turtles are a Federally Protected Species and return to Hilton Head Island year after year to lay their eggs.

The Pool can be heated for an additional fee depending upon the season of your stay. Please advise us prior to your stay if you would prefer the pool to be heated. The pool size is approximately 20’ X 30’
